Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that hiking, walking, and outdoor nature-based activities involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, uneven terrain, slips, trips, falls, changing weather conditions, wildlife encounters, water crossings, remote locations, and limited access to medical assistance.

I confirm that I am booking on behalf of all participants in my group and that I have informed them of the nature of the activities and the potential risks involved.

I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, all participants are physically and medically fit to take part in the chosen activity. I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

I acknowledge that all participants choose to participate at their own risk and accept responsibility for their personal safety and wellbeing during the activity.

I agree that participants will follow all safety instructions provided by the guide. I understand that Explore with Zuma reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities if safety concerns arise.

By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I have read and understood the above information and accept these terms on behalf of all participants in my booking.
