Important Information
Meeting Time and Location and Drop off
Pick-up and drop-off take place between 8:30 and 9:00 am at your preferred location — hotel, motel, or train station between Thirroul and Wollongong. We return you to your chosen location at the end of your tour to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.
Currently we do not accommodate infants. We welcome children aged 4 to 8 when appropriate child restraints or booster seats are provided. Please inform us of children’s ages at the time of booking. All guests require their own seat for safety and comfort.
What’s Included / Not Included
Your private tour includes a dedicated guide, vehicle and all park entries.
Guests may also receive discounted entry to Symbio Wildlife Park depending on the selected tour.
Lunch is not included unless stated otherwise — we usually allow time to purchase food at local cafés along the route.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in Australian dollars.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. If you cancel within this time, a transaction fee of up to AUD $10 may apply to cover processing costs.
Weather & Changes
Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, Explore with Zuma may modify, postpone, or cancel a tour due to weather, track conditions, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure safety.
Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
Hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including uneven terrain and changing weather conditions. By joining the tour, you accept these risks and participate at your own responsibility.
Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. In addition, all participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide at all times.
